Welcome to Southbay Wrestling Academy. I believe we have a very exciting program and I look forward to you joining our team. Southbay Wrestling Academy was established to teach and train wrestlers beginning to advanced technique in the styles of Folk, Freestyle, Greco, and Submission Wrestling. Our age range is from 8 to 18 yr old wrestlers; however younger as well as older wrestlers are welcomed depending on their particular needs and desires.

Schedule: We meet every Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:30 pm to 5:45 pm beginning November 05, 2011. Midweek location is 228th St.GYM. ---- Weekends at Pennisula HS. Members ONLY
